(1) A person or organization who violates sub-section (2) or (3) of section 5 or section 6 shall be fined up to Rs.2000.-.
(2) A person or organization violating section 8 shall be fined Rs. 80,000.- There will be a fine up to eighty thousand rupees or such vessel itself may be confiscated or the person responsible for such offense may be imprisoned for up to 5 years.
